Gathering Building Permit Information
You Can Use!
Armed with laptop computers, local field
reporters gather information from most building
permit offices on a weekly basis. Smaller
offices with little or no activity are covered on a
bi-weekly or monthly basis. Their information
is transmitted to us at the end of each day.
Our reporters pick up information on all
new buildings, both residential and commercial.
All renovations, additions,
and alterations over $50,000 are
covered. We also track all new
in-ground swimming pools in our Florida,
Texas, Georgia and Alabama markets.
 We gather information from every
building permit.* We record:
 Jobsite address
Parcel Indentification Number
Construction Value
Square Footage
Subdivision Name
Lot Number
Owner's name, address and phone
number (when available)
Builder's name, address and phone
number
Brief job description is provided
for commercial projects
The data is then delivered in
the format you designate. Choose from:

A printed report, mailed
from DeBary, Florida weekly.

A PDF File, emailed to
you weekly.
This is a text document that you download to
view and/or print on your printer.

A database file, emailed
to you weekly. Four file formats are
available:
A. Dbase III file
(aka .dbf file) - Can be imported and used
with most data base programs.
B. Excel file - to be used by the Microsoft
Excel program
C. ASCII file - a comma delimited text file
D. Lotus Reports
